About
Indiana Statewide Certified Development Corporation was established in 1983, shortly after Congress authorized the SBA 503/504 loan program, and has grown into Indiana's largest provider of SBA 504 financing. Over its 40-plus year history, ISCDC has approved more than 1,690 loans totaling over $845 million for small businesses in nearly every Indiana county — financing that has supported more than $2.1 billion in total project investment and helped create or retain over 30,000 jobs across the state. Indiana Statewide CDC is one of five organizations authorized by the SBA to issue 504 loans in Indiana, and it consistently leads the state in both loan volume and dollars approved. In FY 2023, ISCDC's $47.5 million in 504 loan approvals represented 51% of the total dollars loaned by all five Indiana CDCs combined.
The organization is managed by Cambridge Capital Management Corp., which administers several Indiana-focused loan programs from the same Indianapolis office.
