Founded in 1979, CSRA Business Lending is a 501(c)(3) private non-profit, mission-based small business lending company focused on economic and community development in Georgia and South Carolina. Started by and still affiliated with the CSRA Regional Commission, the organization partners with the SBA, Department of Commerce, and Department of Agriculture to create jobs through its SBA-504 Program and CSRA Direct Loan Program. Over its 46-year history, CSRA has funded over 1,000 projects totaling more than $1 billion and created over 11,000 jobs, reinvesting more than $4.1 million in excess revenues back into its loan programs and mission.
