Small Business Access Partners is a nonprofit Certified Development Company (CDC) that helps small businesses obtain long-term financing through SBA 504 loans and other economic development lending programs. The organization works alongside banks and lending partners to provide affordable, fixed-rate financing for commercial real estate, equipment purchases, expansions, and business growth projects. SBAP’s mission is to increase access to capital for small businesses while supporting job creation and economic development across the Southeast.
